A full refund of the deposit, less a $150 processing fee, is available for cancellations received by April 15th. On April 16th and there after, a tiered policy will be in place as follows:
Cancellation until May 31st will receive a 50% refund of tuition paid
There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations in the month of June, and cancellations will forfeit 100% of tuition paid
There will be no refunds once the session has begun. If your child must arrive late to camp for any reason, we cannot offer a discount or a pro-rated tuition price.
Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake is a non-profit organization with fixed costs for staff, food, and program. The price of tuition covers the actual costs of running the camp; food, programming, office and staff expenses, in addition to maintenance costs, utilities, insurance, and, taxes comprise a good portion of our annual budget.
We therefore cannot issue refunds for incomplete sessions. Once a session has begun or after the dates stated above, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
